We had a good stay with great value for money.

Everything was really good, including amiable staff and great location near by restarants. The room was impeccably clean, had essentials, like a hairdryer, shower caps, and bath sheets. My wife appreciated the bed, it was good and we slept like in a cloud.

The breakfast options were good, and the rooms with king-sized beds were comfortable.

Hotel Pf is a beautiful and ideal property located in the Juarez district. It is close to Reforma and Zona Rosa, cafes, restaurants, currency exchange, convenient stores. - the standard king room offers good views.

Everyone was helpful and the breakfast was good. It was surely a such wonderful stay with great value for money.

We asked that they have some products in refrigeration and they kindly agreed, in addition we arrived before the hour of the check in and they gave us the room immediately, room seemed to me small and for the same price we have been in hotels 4 stars.

I was disappointed to see the size of the room. I also thought it was more modern, although it's not that it's old.

Location is excellent.

The hotel is nice and comfortable.The rooms are small so you really don't want to spend much time in the room because there is just enough space to walk between bed and walls. The staff is horrible!!!!! They are slow and not friendly. They told me my credit cards were not good after I had just paid for something in the store next door. It took two hours to check out and I had to borrow cash from someone.

The staff was flexible. the location was particularly good with easy access to Zona Rosa. - It's next to Zona Rosa and there are many nice Korean restaurants, bars, and restaurants nearby

The location

Room was very small, there was hardly any room for the suitcases or for two people to move around, water pressure in shower was unpredictable;even though the hotel is fairly new the closet doors didn't close properly and kept opening up taking space in and already tiny room.

Conveniente location close to metro station, friendly staff`allways willing to help, nice room, clean, quite.

We wouldn't recoment it for a family, there is nothing to eat close to the hotel and "zona rosa" is not the best place to walk around.

The location is perfect, surrounded by bars and restaurants within walking distance.

This is already my second visit to the Hotel Florence, in Mexico City. I am very delighted with the service, the rooms very very very clean, the staff very professional, the bell boy open the door to the guest when they see them coming and that's a very nice gesture. Also is in a very central area, in the heart of the Zone Rosa and steps away from a main avenue Reforma a very beautiful boulevard. This is my hotel when I have to visit Mexico a country of all art. I really recommend this hotel very highly.
